We have a new bean bag song its like hot potato and if you have it when they say stop- you are out. All the kids love this song and they play over and over it is funny the little ones can play pretty well :) It is so cute the two pictures below is the circle they form to pass the bean bag around.
Story time with elephant puppets...
We learned an elephant can reach 19 feet high so we had to see how high that is! First we measured how tall each of us could reach 
Then we estimated how tall each kid was and added it up to see if we could use their hight to guess how long an elephants reach is...then we marked it with tape...
Next we measured out a foot at a time and layed down 19 feet to see the actual distance vs. our estimate...
Above they are checking how tall our measured line of 19 feet is(we were actually really close!) Then we went for a walk with popcorn to look for trees elephants can reach.
